Located South Coast NSW and 3 years deep into owning Bingo (kids got to name it). 

Below is what I’ve done off the top of my head, rough plan now is to make it a tidy and capable rig for both offroading and touring with our fam of 6.

So far the following has been done 
Rear axle - rebuilt with new bearing and seals (locker to come)

Front axle rebuilt - ARB air locker installed, new pinion bearings, new axles, swivel hubs rebuilt and wheel bearings replaced, missing stepped backing rings for hub lock dog gear replaced. 

Suspension - shocks replaced, radius arm bushes replaced, panhard rod bushes, sway bar rubbers, sway bar rose joints.

Engine/ancillaries - turbo upgraded, power steer pump rebuilt, timing case resealed, roadsafe 100a alternator, various leaks repaired.

Miscellaneous - GME uhf, Cel-fi range extender, 12v setup installed, then removed for reworking, various rust spots temp repaired, bullbar hoops removed, probs more I missed.

Turbo was dusted, could hear comp wheel touching housing and had to go. Bought the Mamba off a mate to put on

July 2020 we took the GU home, the next morning it wouldn’t start haha

Day we took Bingo home.

Developed the semi common coolant leak between timing cover sandwich plate and block. 

Full stripped down, cleaned, resealed and reassembled with new water pump, gasket, thermostat and bolts that snapped on removal.

Was in the process of installing and auto locker (Lokka) in the front to test out when a cheap new in box arb unit came up, jumped on it and installed it instead. Not an overly complex job, will deff be quicker when the rear gets done eventually.

Had to remove roof cage and put stock tires on to allow more to happen in the shed. Most of the build will happen here, some at a mates who has a hoist and a wiz with machining and fab work.
